WHO I HELP

Who I help

Most of the families I work with are spouses, parents of adult children, or siblings. The pages below describe what I hear most often from each of those groups, what tends to help, and when a structured family intervention becomes the sensible next step.

Frequently Asked

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which page fits my situation?

Pick the page that describes who you are to the person struggling: their partner, their parent, their sibling, their clinician, or their employer. Each page describes what tends to help in that specific role, and when a structured family intervention becomes the sensible next step.

Which support fits my situation?

That depends on who the person struggling is to you, what has already been tried, and what kind of help you need. A short call will usually make the right fit clear in ten minutes.

How quickly can we talk?

Depends on urgency and availability. Say on the first call if it is time sensitive and I will do my best to make space for you quickly.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Every conversation with me is confidential, and the people involved on your side are decided with you, not assumed.
